Typically it takes time for WRs to develop in that GB. With Cobb moving on I see no reason Allison can't lock down that WR2 job there. Even if one of the young players takes that spot the WR3 in Green Bay is usually a relevant fantasy consideration in the range you'd be taking drafting a guy like Allison.
