This is due to his impressive performance last year when he started six out of the last seven games, providing stability and consistency. However, in order to become an every-down player, Britt will need to show improvements in pass coverage. At present, two factors possibly limiting his playtime are still being in a platoon situation, and subpar PFF coverage grades which ranged around 60, considered below average.
