12 team league and trade deadline was week 10. There is seemly always one team that is inactive after the 1st couple weeks of the season and will have bye week players in starting line up. If there are concerns of that manager colluding with some one by dropping players, do you need to lock up their roster without warning?
There has been several warnings given to all managers that inactivity will lead to potential shifts out of the league.

For added info it is .5 ppr 10 team league and the rest of my team is Maye, bucky, dowdle, rashee, egbuka, warren, sutton, charbonnet, pollard, bjt and benson. And burrow currently is still on waivers free to be picked up which i would do if no one snags him beforehand.
