Jays as it stands now will likely get some turd polishers for him at the deadline. But if they get their shit together, actually sign their own players like they should have last season and sign Alonzo as rumoured. But again that could be the leverage for Mets to sign or at least bend. Alonzo would give them the bat the need to take pressure off other players. He knows his job. But still predicting a solid swan song either way will be dealt for wishes as they cannot make a competent deal. Straw shouldn’t even make the team and if he does is is a speedster but you have to hit to get on base first. That’s all I have to say, about that. 🤣
