Just read that there is a rule change for onside kicks being considered. Instead of the onside kick, there would be a 4th & 12 attempt at the 28yd line. 🤯 This rule change would have a massive impact on the game, and I think I’m a fan. Thoughts?

They’ve been talking about some variation of that for 10+ years, I think. I’ll believe it when I see it

Similar to the new kickoff from last year, I believe it’s been tried in the XFL or some other league. If it does actually get implemented (big if) it will certainly be more exciting than the announced onside kick.

I feel like big rule changes only happen when big things happen in playoffs - brady tuck rule, did Dez catch it, OT rule change because of KC BUF, first down measurement because of KC BUF, etc. so maybe this happens but id be all for it. onside kicks rarely succeed imo

It’s not gonna happen unless the bills lose to the chiefs again in playoffs because their onside kick fails

Yeah that has been getting kicked around for years now It's been put up at least five different times. supposed to be a safer alternative than the current on side kick. every other time they've brought it up it has been longer yards than 12 yards though. Like the last one would have been 4 and 20 from your own 35. I think it's garbage myself might as well be playing flag football or Peewee. The reason the onside kick only had two conversions is because nobody does it anymore because of the new rules where you cannot overload one side. So they made the original on side kick harder to begin with.

Yeah how dare I think that two different things would get 2 different outcomes genius 🙄

I have the 1.01 but my starting WRs are Dj Moore, Pickens and Worthy. I need a star WR. Should I trade out or would you draft someone with that first overall and who? PPR 10 man league. 1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE and 2 flex spots.

Trade partner is wanting to blow his team up. He's really aiming to compete in 2027. He has Gibbs & KW as his only 2 assests . I am finishing up my own rebuild and have Rbs left to plug & play. Knowing this info, would yall be tempted to send your 2026 & 2027 1sts + a piece maybe for Gibbs? Or hold what i have, and wait for draft? It's a Superflex 12 team Dynasty. Below is my current team & 2025 picks Caleb Williams AR Penix Mac Jones Bucky Hunt Gus Braleon Allen Akers ARSB McConkey MHJ JSN Ricky P Douglas Coleman McBride Ertz Sinnot 1.3 2.3 3.3

What do I do with the 1.02? Single QB, 12tm, PPR Current roster: QB - ARich, Cousins, Mac Jones RB - Conner, Benson, Warren, Dowdle, Lloyd, J Mason, R Ali WR - Chase, nabors, Olave, Jameson, Legette, Tillman, Tolbert TE - Muth, Dissly, Gray, Musgrave, Sinnott I'm obviously weak at RB, so I could trade back and maybe grab two firsts to grab two different RBs. Draft Tet at 2? Trade 1.02 for a current RB? Trade 1.02 for some 26 firsts in an effort to get Jeremiah Smith next year?
