NFL investigation and possible discipline have little to do with lawyers and the actual criminal proceedings; all to do with the public “image of the shield”.

I JUST DON’T GET IT. I have yet to hear a single valid reason why Kraft was not investigated for damage to the shield. Everything ever said about him has been some defense of how much money he has or who his friends are. I don’t give a shit about either of those factors; as it relates to the criteria for investigating damage to the shield.
