I think he plays this week. He has a huge ceiling and that's what you hope for in fantasy. If you have someone with a safer floor then play him instead. Golladay's floor could be low since it's his 1st week back. Sometimes you just have to go for it.

@wilc50 trade for Mixon. Cincy has to soon realize their rookie throwing 61x in a game does not the playoffs make. Took them to week 10 last year to get Mixon in the mix but I’m thinking it happens soon
