That's the true problem is that the Jags have the talent but the coaches won't let the talent shine. The coaches don't trust the talent. Lasts week's game proved that in spades. Marrone didn't trust Minshew despite his historically great start so every first down was a handoff to Fournette which resulted in 1 yard. Marrone didn't trust the defense to hold Houston for 50 seconds so he went for 2 with Fournette again and lost. I'm not a "it's the coach" guy but this time. It's the coach. And if the Jags office don't see soon they'll loose all their on field talent that the have so masterfully acquired.
