@dubdaddy right, the vacated targets make up for any lost efficiency.. but also: Wilson to Lockett has proven to be an efficient duo on a per target basis for a while.
bc baldwin wasa non factor in over 8 games, and russell wilson finished with only 280 compleitions in 2018 making him qb 20 in completions, lockett averaged over 16 yards a catch with over a 25 percent market share on targets....making him 2nd in average yards a catch....those big numbers on that low of completitons is very hard to repeat

with DMoore, Penny, Dissly, and Metcalf hopefully taking more catches
you dont make a QB the highest paid without letting him unleash hell on the gridiron
and drafting him many many pass catchers

Ooo I think he will have a fine year, I like him but he comes with some risk. Imo for him to repeat last year or do better they have to throw more...the efficiency with that low of completions would be hard to duplicate they just need to let Wilson pass more
