@gregm when the interim head coach (Williams) gets passed on and the OC (Kitchens) gets the job, it creates animosity, plus kitchens he's to bring in his own staff. Thisnis common in sports, even if another coach on the team interviews and doesn't get that HC position they usually leave after the new HC is hired.

The Jets def player above average last year losing 7 out of the last 9 top def picks for the last 9 years creating a lot of inconsistency but with probably the worst play calling and player acquisition for as long as I can remember this team has a young strong QB, talent at skill positions on O and D with better than average coaching the can probably reach 2nd in the division.
