Texans WR Tank Dell has suffered a dislocated knee cap, per @RapSheet

Saw a guy do this in high school. He was running the hurdles in practice and some idiot put one the wrong way around. So when the kid hit it, it stayed put and shot his knee cap through the skin and out onto the ground.
