I wouldn't get too excited about starting Hill if I had him. Him being completely irrelevant for the past weeks is only his own fault. He cannot create separation and he is hardly ever open. Even Jonnu Smith is able to get open against the Colts. I'm looking elsewhere for a startable WR this week like Cedric Tillman, Tim Patrick and Jalen McMillan.
