IMO Marv's struggles are about 95% on Kyler and playcalling. He only gets targeted on go routes and 50/50 balls. He is a complete receiver, if he was getting Nabers/BTJ usage he would be a WR1 and a top 10 WR overall. Talent is there, huge buy low target in dynasty leagues imo.
