Jermaine Burton a healthy scratch in Week 9

Even after all the issues he's had... he's clearly not killing it in practice enough to overlook the stupid issues he's had time and time again. He's not the only player to be talented and have issues and not playing. It's just the ones who have had issues and are playing are/were more talented than him and made it a point that they play them.
